Up to 25% of a manager’s time is spent dealing with conflict – in construction, that number is even higher. Different people have different approaches to conflict – some want to charge and fight, while others want to run away. This course will cover strategies for approaching difficult conversations, teach you how to think like a mediator and share tips and techniques for breaking down team conflict into its parts so that you can work through them.
