Psychological Safety

“Safety is our most important job.” All companies say that. Many even have excellent practices for preventing injuries. But there’s a difference between being a safe company and creating an environment where people can speak without fear, be themselves, and perform their best. Those things require psychological safety. During this workshop, you’ll learn about Project Aristotle, a 5-year research study Google did to identify why some of their teams were stellar, and other teams stumbled.
